Indian Head Massage is a seated manipulation massage of the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face to relieve muscle tension, joint pain and promote an overall feeling of wellbeing.

A holistic facial includes all the elements of a traditional facial, with the added aspects of other complementary treatments, making it a truly ‘holistic’ experience for your whole body and mind.

Reiki is a hands on, non-manipulative way of gently and safely helping the body to lower your chronic stress levels in a non invasive manner so you can gain a deeper level of relaxation.

I teach you some basic techniques that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life to help reduce anxiety and stress, prevent burnout or simply cultivate more inner peace.

1:2:1 Mindfulness Session
Mindfulness can help us to manage stress and find peace of mind in a world of overwhelm. We spend so much of our time lost in thoughts about the past or fears about the future that we live on automatic pilot, reacting to situations without control. Learning to slow down and live in the present moment helps us to take back this control. I will teach you some basic techniques and create a bespoke 20-minute meditation that you can use to help tackle a specific issue. This service can be held in person or online.

Empower Hour
Are you struggling to find time for yourself, dealing with negativity at work, saying ‘no’ to taking on more commitments, navigating feelings of overwhelm, sinking under the need to be ‘perfect’, dealing with an over-thinking mind, struggling to sleep well, feeling like you just aren’t ‘good enough’ and you ‘should’ be able to do more and be more? Then the ‘Empower Hour’ is for you! This specialised one-to-one wellbeing and life coaching session is designed for those navigating through challenging issues that weigh on their emotional wellbeing and stress resilience. The session provides a safe space to explore what is holding you back from living your best life and offers you concrete and achievable steps you can take now to move forward with positivity and purpose. It is time to invest in yourself!

Sleep Better 1:2:1 Coaching
Good sleep is absolutely key to good wellbeing and frankly, it sucks when you just can't sleep well - I know only too well, which is why I became a sleep coach. I use a combination of techniques to help reset your exhausted nervous system and teach you effective strategies that help you manage an over-active mind and set up a positive sleep action plan so you can sleep better in the long term.

Wellbeing Boost 1:2:1 Coaching
Improve your sense of wellbeing and get the personalised help and support you need to thrive! Making simple but consistent changes in your daily routine creates the potential for huge improvements in how you feel about your life. This programme of 6 one-to-one coaching sessions is held over a three-month period. You will work with Caroline to create and implement a bespoke wellbeing action plan tailored to your needs.
