This month is all about figuring out how to find time to put your own needs first. I’ll show you how shifting your thoughts around your own wellbeing will help you to see it as the priority. You should then be able to make time for it, even if you have a busy schedule!

This session is free for Wellbeing Club members or £5 for non-members.

FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY

IN-PERSON EVENT
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

We will be showing ourselves some much-deserved love with a relaxing aromatherapy foot soak and pamper followed by a luxurious facial. Includes a complementary glass of Prosecco.

*Other dates and times may be available for group bookings if you wish to bring all of your friends together in person or at home via Zoom.
