What is the Wellbeing Club?
The Wellbeing Club is a way for women like you, who are always busy running around after everyone else’s needs, to feel deeply relaxed & truly cared for.
Imagine the stresses of daily life melting away, and your inner thoughts beginning to calm down as you take time each month to prioritise your wellbeing!
By joining the Wellbeing Club, you’ll get to enjoy a monthly holistic treatment with me. The sessions will be scheduled and booked automatically via Direct Debit. You’ll no longer have to worry about finding the time to visit or forgetting to book your appointments! This is your chance to switch off, recharge and truly retreat from the busyness of everyday life.
For even more ongoing support, you can upgrade to our Premium or Boost tiers so you can feel like your best self in-between your holistic treatments with me. These options give you access to the online Wellbeing Club which is full of meditations, self-care tools, and other resources. You can even enjoy regular wellbeing nudges and discounted rates on my coaching services.

The Basic Membership
My clients find a regular monthly, or more frequent, visit optimises the benefits of their treatment, so it makes sense to schedule these in advance, so you never get ‘too busy’ and forget to book your next selfcare appointment!

⭐️ Free 30 mins personal wellbeing chat with me to look at what areas of wellbeing you are currently struggling with and agree a treatment plan.
⭐️ Priority access to a dedicated appointment slot(s) for your treatment services.
⭐️ £30 credit on your birthday to enjoy a second treatment that month.
⭐️ Online scheduling and rescheduling of appointments if you need to change day or time.
⭐️ No cancellation fees*
⭐️ Gift your treatment to a friend or family member if you can’t attend that month.
⭐️ Convenient direct debit payments – no more messing about with cards, cash or bank transfers.
⭐️ £20 credit for a second treatment that month when you recommend a friend to also sign up.
* You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you need to re-arrange your appointment so long as your new slot is within the same calendar month – applies to first reschedule only, any subsequent re-scheduling will be subject to the normal cancellation policy. If you cannot find a convenient slot within the same month then the monthly fee will be deemed to be spent. In the latter case you also have the option to ‘gift’ your slot to a friend or family member.
The Premium Membership
Get support from me in-between your treatments with things like stress management, prioritising yourself and finding more time for you in your busy schedule as well as tips around better sleep, anxiety, menopause and positive wellbeing habits all for just an extra £9 per month.

Everything in the Basic membership PLUS…
⭐️ Access to a bank of recorded guided mindfulness meditations to help you build a daily mindfulness habit or tackle specific issues around sleep, stress, anxiety, an over-thinking mind or menopause symptoms.
⭐️ A monthly in-person wellbeing session that includes lifestyle tips, mindfulness meditation, guidance on incorporating aromatherapy into your daily selfcare routine and life coaching advice on a wellbeing theme that changes monthly and helps you to feel better over time.
⭐️ Online access to all the resources shared at the in-person wellbeing session if you can’t make it on the day.
⭐️ On-going support via our dedicated WhatsApp community all month with direct access to me for support or to ask questions as I share member only wellbeing nudges, recommendations and resources.
⭐️ The option to upgrade at any time, and at a discounted rate, for a one-to-one ‘Empower Hour’ session with me if there is something in life you are particularly struggling with at that moment and would like some help to sort out.
The Boost Membership
We all go through times in our lives when we are in need of support with a situation, a physical or emotional challenge or we just reach a point where we want or need to make a change but don’t quite know where to start. With the Boost membership I’ll be there to support you every step of the way!

When you upgrade your Wellbeing Club membership to the Boost package, as well as your regular monthly treatment and online membership benefits, you also receive a 60-minute one-to-one wellbeing and life coaching session with me in-person or virtually.
During these sessions we will explore together what s going in your life right now and how you feel about it. We will then create a plan for how you would like your life to look and a realistic and achievable plan to get you there.
I’ll be with you every step of the way to support and encourage you as we break down together those old beliefs or lack of confidence that have held you back from making the changes you know deep down will help you to be healthier and happier.
There’s no limit to what we can cover in these sessions: career, family and personal relationships, negative thinking, health goals, lack of confidence, money and finances, procrastination and much more.
You will have the flexibility to ‘boost’ your membership for just one month or for as long as you need.
Teachers & School Staff
For those of you who work in education, I understand how tricky it can be to juggle the heavy workload and the stress of the job with your family commitments and caring responsibilities.
When can you even make time for your own needs when your work and home life are so full, and you can’t take any time off during term-time? If you can relate to this, I’ve got your back!

“I was fed up, stressed out, anxious and really negative…”
I felt I was just at the bottom of a hole. Not enough to see a doctor about but just someone who could work with me and support me. I trust Caroline implicitly. She doesn’t judge you or make you feel silly. In most cases she can relate to you and understand what you are dealing with. The sessions are well planned. She doesn’t tell you the answer, but helps you to realise solutions for yourself. I have had many lightbulb moments. I really look forward to the sessions. I’ve looked at time management, dealing with overwhelm, stress and negative thinking. I have been given lots of tools to support me. If I hadn’t started these sessions with Caroline, I think I would be heading for burnout and misery. It’s still very stressful and hectic but I am developing strategies for dealing with it!

Wellbeing Club FAQs

This depends on the membership plan you opt for. Your paid for slots can be used for any treatment of that duration. You can find full details of all plans here.

Your appointment(s) will be scheduled by me via the Setmore booking app on the same day/time each month in advance (as agreed by both of us) but with the flexibility to move this to a different time within the same calendar month if necessary.

You will receive email and text confirmations when slots are booked and a reminder three days beforehand, so you never miss your selfcare time.

On the bottom of every email reminder is a link to reschedule that appointment to a more convenient day/time. Alternatively, you can just contact me in any of the usual ways.

You can gift your slot to a friend or family member. Failure to take up a slot will otherwise forfeit that month’s fee.

By completing the direct debit mandate, you authorise me to schedule a recurring payment on the 1st day of each month to cover your regular appointment(s) and to request payment for any one-off/extra appointments you use in the month. You will always be notified by email a few days before a payment is due to leave your bank.

You can cancel your direct debit at any time by contacting your bank or myself.

You will be added to the membership platform by 1st January 2025, or within 5 working days of signing up thereafter, and the log in details will be emailed to you.

Yes, you can sign up for the Apprentice membership which gives you access to the in-person sessions, online content and WhatsApp support without a regular treatment.
