What is My Peacock Retreat?
My Peacock Retreat is a very special group wellbeing coaching and mindfulness membership for women in mid-life to support their wellbeing in a way that works for their super busy work and family schedules.
It’s about going from overwhelmed and exhausted to calm, relaxed and in control of the many plates they are continually spinning – from barely surviving to thriving!
The membership includes:
A monthly Zoom class on a wellbeing theme with easy to implement tips and strategies. Classes will be recorded an available within the membership area for you to access at any time, so you don’t have to attend live. These create a library of wellbeing resources you can go back to at any time.
Weekly short mindfulness classes every Monday morning where we will share together a new mindfulness exercise you can then practice in the week ahead. These are available for you to catch up on at any time.
A ‘Mindfulness Zone’ where you will have free access to the audio recordings of the 30 Day ‘5 Minute Mindfulness Challenge’ exercises, plus I’ll be adding more guided meditations as we go along.
Accountability and support from myself and other group members via our private community area and Facebook group. I’ll also be sharing further tips and mini challenges in the group which you can choose to try or not depending on how your week is going.
Members will also have free access to any future masterclasses, challenges or one-off online events I run whilst they are a member and discounts on future guided meditation recordings and in person events.
