5 Tips To Increase Your Wellbeing
Do you know deep down in your bones that something needs to change with your wellbeing, but you just don’t know where to start?
Well, I’ve got you covered!
Grab a piece of paper, a pen and a cuppa and let’s get started.
My 5-point Plan
My 5-point plan is a good place to start whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, your emotional wellbeing or just an area of your life that isn’t quite working how you’d like.
Step 1
Think of just one area of your life or wellbeing you’d like to improve and write it down on the left-hand side of the page. Doodle some notes on what it currently looks and feels like and maybe even a rating out of ten.
Step 2
On the right-hand side, write down where you’d like to get to. What would that look and feel like – be specific!
Step 3
On the top middle of the page write down one thing you are currently doing that is helping you move towards where you want to be – this is something you need to keep doing.
Step 4
In the centre of the page write down one thing that you need to start doing that would move you forward faster…and then start doing it.
Step 5
Finally, in the middle at the bottom of the page, write down one thing that you need to stop doing that is sabotaging you getting towards where you want to be…and stop doing it.
It is an approach I use successfully to help my coaching clients make improvements in their life and wellbeing and will work for almost any goal.
Let me know what you wrote down on your sheet and the three things you have come up with that will make a difference for you.
